What is the cancellation / reschedule policy?
You may reschedule, add, skip or cancel any of your cleanings. We understand that an unforeseen event may occur which will create a need to cancel your scheduled cleaning appointment. If, for any reason, you need to change your scheduled appointment, please give us a full 24 hours notice. If we receive fewer than 24 hours notice, or cannot access your home, it will be necessary for us to charge a minimum fee of one hour of our service, which is the equivalent to the based rate agree from both parties. To compensate our cleaning professionals for their time and lost wages.

If I become a regular customer, will I have the same cleaner each time?
Yes, if requested by the client, you will have the same cleaning professional for each cleaning visit. If specified person is not available Cleanexx will contact  you in advance to ask permission to send another cleaning person, or you may reschedule your regular appointment.

How can I avoid misunderstanding with laundry Service request?
To avoid misunderstanding please make sure items for dry cleaning are put away and are NOT mixed with clothes for regular wash, by the time we arrive at your location. Provide us with specific instructions including which items you will not like to be place in the dryer. If you don’t have wash and dryer machine at home, Please leave enough quarters if wash and dryer machine uses quarters, cash if wash and dryer machine uses cards  and laundry detergent, if softener and bleach is needed etc., In addition, provide us with laundry room location.
