Do I need to sign a contract?
No, you are not required to sign a contract; however a Service Agreement outlining cleaning description is required.

What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please give us a call within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the area.

What if my appointment falls on a holiday?
If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we will make every effort to re-schedule your visit as soon as possible possibly the next day. If service is requested rates may vary for services on national holidays.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are licensed fully bonded and insured.

How will the cleaning person know about the list of tasks that I would like to be performed? At Cleanexx your order is our Command, we provide a list of general and special tasks you may print this list and mark the tasks that you would expect us to perform. For special tasks, such as fridge cleaning, oven cleaning please consider added time when booking your cleaning. Please leave a printed copy at your apartment or email it to our office in advance so we will be able to discuss it and contact you with any questions.
